Venturetec understands and respects your concerns about privacy. This notice describes Venturetec’s privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) as it pertains to the Venturetec service, including the website, applications and APIs (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are acknowledging and accepting this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Venturetec collects personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that you provide to us such as name, address, telephone number, email address, and/or credit card or other financial account information. The Personal Information you will be asked to provide will depend on the information and/or services you request. Once you provide your Personal Information, you are no longer anonymous to us. In addition to the information you knowingly provide, we also collect non-personal information such as domain names and IP addresses, along with usage statistics (e.g., types of web browsers and operating systems used) and browsing history. The Service are intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older and children over the age of 13. You are not permitted to use the Service if you are under the age of 13. (v) As a part of a sale of assets. In the sale of assets, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. In the event of a sale of our assets, including our database, customer information will be transferred. Buyers will be required to honor this Privacy Policy.

We may use information that is de-identified (stripped of any information that could be used to identify you) for any reason and may share such information freely with affiliates, partners and other third parties. We will use reasonable efforts to process any changes you make; provided, however, that requests to delete information are subject to our internal reporting and retention policies and all applicable legal obligations.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Venturetec may amend this Privacy Policy at any time and at Venturetec’s discretion by posting the amended Privacy Policy at https://www.venturetec.net/privacy/. By continuing to access or use the Service after those changes have become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
